Course Description: This course provides an introduction to energy conversion. Emphasis is placed upon the development of motors and generators. Topics include: Electrical Machinery Generalization DC Generator and Motor Principles Generator and Motor Constructions, DC Generator Characteristics
DC motor Characteristics Efficiency, Ratings and Applications of Dynamos AC Generators, Transformers, Batteries.
